RegTech Solutions AG provides the Autentiq platform as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). We provide high-performance automation tools designed to simplify regulatory requirements through excellence in architecture and intuitive design.

2. Access and Use

• Eligibility: Access is granted to businesses looking to scale their compliance operations.
• Account Security: In line with Trust by Design, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable Swiss and international laws.

3. Performance and Availability

We strive for uninterrupted excellence. While our architecture is built for speed and reliability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance to ensure your operations remain smooth.

4. Intellectual Property

• Our Tech: All rights to the Autentiq platform, including its software, AI models, and design elements, remain the exclusive property of RegTech Solutions AG.
• Your Data: You retain full ownership of any data you upload. We process this data solely to provide and improve the service for you.

5. Limitation of Liability

Autentiq is a powerful tool designed to assist in compliance processes. However, the final responsibility for regulatory compliance rests with the user. RegTech Solutions AG is not liable for indirect damages or business losses resulting from the use of the platform, except where required by Swiss law.

6. Termination

You may scale or terminate your subscription according to your specific plan. RegTech Solutions AG reserves the right to suspend access in cases of misuse to protect the integrity of our high-performance infrastructure.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
